EMS Cardio Program: Transform Your Workout with Electro Muscle Stimulation in Southern California & Aspen
What if 20 minutes could deliver real results? With EMS Concierge, it’s achievable. Our certified personal trainers bring electro muscle stimulation (EMS) training directly to your home, office, or private space. Using Miha Bodytec technology, we help you engage more muscles, build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and recover faster—all in less time.
What Is EMS Training?
EMS (Electro Muscle stimulation—a proven method where controlled electrical impulses trigger natural muscle contractions across your entire body. Unlike traditional workouts that activate fewer fibers, EMS recruits up to 90% of your muscle fibers in one full-body workout.
That means:
More efficient training in less time
More stimulation of deep and surface muscles during cardio EMS training
Effective workouts that fit a busy schedule
In just one EMS session, your muscles contract thousands of times, giving you the results of multiple conventional workouts.
EMS Cardio Program – Endurance & Performance
Cardio that works harder in less time. We pair your movement—treadmill, bike, or HIIT—with muscular endurance mode at 7 Hz. At this setting, the impulses don’t penetrate as deeply, so you can sustain effort while EMS cues eight major muscle groups simultaneously.
The 7 Hz cardio setting is designed to accelerate calorie burn.
Full-body engagement
EMS activates multiple major muscle groups at once, amplifying the effect of every stride, pedal, or interval.
Endurance you can repeat
The cardio mode can be done more than once a week, making it easy to weave into your routine.
Efficient by design
Build endurance inside your 20-minute sessions with an optional 5-minute cardio mode.
A certified EMS trainer comes to you with Miha Bodytec equipment and guides the entire session, so the pacing, intensity, and placement stay on target while you focus on moving.
Experts in EMS, strength training, nutrition, yoga, and holistic fitness.
Trusted Technology
We use Miha Bodytec EMS devices, recognized for safety and reliability.
Tailored Programs
Every client’s fitness goals and fitness level are considered before the first session.
Time Efficiency
Maximize results in just 20 minutes.
