A certified EMS Concierge trainer arrives with the Miha Bodytec system, suits, and sanitised accessories. We do a quick health check and set up a clear space for safe movement.
Fitting
Your suit is custom-fit, and the electrode pads are positioned directly over your major muscle groups for secure contact.
Calibration
We start gently and dial up the intensity as you get comfortable, adjusting each channel to match your goals and current fitness level.
Workout (20 minutes)
You’ll perform simple movements—think squats, rows, planks—while the EMS delivers timed contractions. Expect a light tingling that ramps into firm pulses during each work phase, with real-time coaching on form and timing.
Cool-down & Recovery
We finish with a short recovery stimulation sequence to ease tension. An optional 5-minute relaxation mode is available, and your trainer shares aftercare tips and next-step recommendations.
